CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear valued clients, to ensure the smooth running of appointments and respect the time of both the client and the stylist, the following policies are in place: DEPOSIT: A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: If client decides to cancel appointment at anytime. The 50% deposit will be forfeited, which will not be eligible to transfer to a different date or time. RESCHEDULE POLICY: Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled appointment to retain the option of transferring the 50% deposit to a different date or time. If the client decides to reschedule within the 48 hour (2 days) window or on the day of the scheduled appointment, the 50% deposit will be forfeited and will not be eligible to transfer to a different date. NO SHOW POLICY: In the event of a no call/no show, the deposit will be forfeited, and the client will no longer be able to book future appointments.
